Connie ChambersStrategic Advisor
Connie was raised in rescue mission work and went on to spend forty more in nonprofit administration and development. She is especially proud of her two children who chose careers in service to others. Music, cooking and reading are her favorite ways to relax and reflect.

Chris BlazerStrategic Advisor
Chris Blazer has 30 years of fundraising experience with domestic and international non-profits, universities and animal welfare organizations. His two rescue animals, Scout and Kiki, keep him entertained and are a reminder that finding “furever” homes for animals is still an unfinished task. Chris enjoys cooking, grilling and the outdoors. His personal mission is to be a catalyst for transformational growth in the lives of leaders. He combines his innovative spirit, and his passion for leadership development to help his clients succeed in their fundraising goals.

Jessica JohnsonAccount Executive
Jessica was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. Go Gators! She relocated to Birmingham, Alabama, in 2017. When away from the office she stays active by golfing, doing craft projects and baking. She also enjoys traveling to Oregon to visit her sister, Julie and three nephews, Noah, Jaxon and Aiden.

Cheyenne HomesleyAccount Executive
Cheyenne was born and raised in Alabama. After college she took some time to travel, Covid-19 brought her back home, and shortly after she found herself in Birmingham, AL. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, reading, swimming, house plants, and exploring her new city.

Dawn MaillouxAccount Executive
Dawn served 15 years as creative director of her start-up marketing agency in Palm Beach County, Florida. She was a single mom to three when she met her executive chef husband, Christian. Together they opened a destination dining restaurant in East Texas. Now back in her old stomping grounds, she works remotely from our Tampa office and endlessly talks about her new pool or sends pictures of her precious cat Me Nu.

Grace StermerAccount Executive Assistant
Grace grew up in Montevallo, Alabama. After graduating from Jacksonville State University in 2022, she moved back to the Birmingham area. In her free time, Grace enjoys reading, painting, and drinking too much coffee.
Leigh SeymourAccounting Department
Leigh is a Birmingham native, born into the accounting world having worked alongside her father in his accounting business. Mother to three boys, she is loving her new status as Nana to Bella and Henry. Her free time is spent gardening, decorating and enjoying all types of crafting. She loves taking trips with her family and lifelong Ya-Ya’s.
